★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima , fui julgado pela aparência, estava de short e camiseta como costumo andar em Ipanema onde resido. Os vendedores, mesmo de braços cruzados, ficaram num jogo de empurra para não me atenderem, até que chegou em um que realizou a venda. Só não fui embora porque estava interessado num produto específico, e comprei. Constrangedor.
 Terrible, I was judged by my appearance, I was wearing shorts and a T-shirt as I usually walk in Ipanema where I live. The sellers, even with their arms crossed, were in a pushing game not to attend to me, until I arrived at one that made the sale. I just didn't leave because I was interested in a specific product, and I bought it. Compelling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho q deveriam melhorar o atendimento, pois quando cheguei na loja ninguém veio me atender. Eu msm procurei a mochila, e o vendedor só veio até mim quando foi pra passar no caixa. Eu como cliente, quando chego em qualquer loja, quero ser bem recebida. Os vendedores devem ser prestativos, simpáticos... Pois é assim q o cliente volta para comprar! Fora isso, sei q os produtos vendidos são de excelente qualidade.
I think they should improve the service, because when I arrived at the store no one came to help me. I even looked for the backpack, and the seller only came to me when it was to go to the cashier. As a customer, when I arrive at any store, I want to be welcomed. Salespeople must be helpful, friendly... Because that's how the customer comes back to buy! Other than that, I know the products sold are of excellent quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de deixar um elogio especial ao vendedor Ricardo da loja do Shopping Tijuca. Tentei em várias outras lojas da rede e apenas ele se mostrou interessado em me auxiliar, sem que seu gestos reclamassem da solicitação. Eu precisava entrar em contato com a loja do Rio Sul e não conseguia a 2 via da nota da mochila e em 5 minutos a nota estava no meu e-mail e celular. Ele fez apenas o simples - foi cordial. Acabei que dei uma volta no shopping e voltei pra comprar algo com ele apenas pelo seu atendimento.
Vi também ele atendendo uma família com muito conhecimento técnico.

I would like to give a special compliment to the seller Ricardo from the Shopping Tijuca store. I tried in several other stores in the chain and only he showed interest in helping me, without his gestures complaining about the request. I needed to get in touch with the store in Rio Sul and I couldn't get the 2 copy of the note from the backpack and in 5 minutes the note was in my email and cell phone. He just did the simple thing - he was cordial. I ended up taking a walk around the mall and went back to buy something from him just for his service.
I also saw him assisting a family with a lot of technical knowledge.

Atendente despreparada. Simplesmente me olhou com aquela cara de que eu era maluco e disse, NÃO TEMOS. Mochila de 6 rodas serve para a criança subir a escada puxando a mochila, sem esforço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa tomar cuidado quando pedir para dividir a conta no cartão. Comprei um estojo do homem aranha para meu filho nessa loja e pedi a vendedora para dividir em 2x, a mesma me falou que dividiu, mas quando parei para verificar a nota conclui que ela colocou no credito a vista. Atenção!
You need to be careful when asking to split the bill on the card. I bought a spider man case for my son at this store and asked the saleswoman to split it in 2x, she told me she split it, but when I stopped to check the note I concluded that she put it on the credit on sight. Attention!
