★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this chain restaurant just off Copacabana beach and around the corner from the J.W. Marriott and the experience was great. Staff was friendly and professional. Menu had a variety of food and many Brazilian staples. Delicious and well presented food. Looking forward to returning!

The attendants are very kind! There are menu in english too!
I think the food was very delicious, great quality and the price was very good, not cheap but not expensive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer service since my time traveling here in Rio. Pedro the waiter was the rudest person I have ever come across, his attitude was horrible, he didn’t even want to read the translating App I was using to attempt to communicate with me as he or the other staff spoke English, I had to point out what I wanted from the menu. Once I made him aware of his attitude he did not even apologize and just walked away from the food and cheque at the end were thrown at the table, ordered the pasta which was cold soup. Travelers please do not waste your money and time at this restaurant, you will get better food quality and customer service elsewhere
