É muito comum que eles vendam passagens duplicadas, o que tira a paciência de qualquer pessoa, já aconteceu comigo mais de uma vez.
Mas tirando isso, as viagens são confortáveis e o atendimento é bom.
The chairs, for the most part, are a little dirty.
It is very common for them to sell duplicate tickets, which takes away anybody's patience, it has happened to me more than once.
But other than that, the trips are comfortable and the service is good.

As lanchonetes são maravilhosas, grande maioria com muitas diversidades de comidas. Para todos os gostos. Nessa parte é nota Dez.
I felt good there. Clean, organized and very helpful staff. Location a little close to the city center. Sinning a little in security, there should be more PM Rounds. The snack bars are wonderful, the vast majority with many diversities of food. For all tastes. In this part it is a note of Ten.
