Abriram uma conta no meu nome sem eu saber, e eles aceitaram! Pior, o atendimento é péssimo, pessoas despreparadas e lentas. No momento, estou há 4 mais horas numa fila do lado de fora do banco, sob o Sol, e nem sequer sinal de atendimento. Falta de respeito e de compromisso com as pessoas. Estou cancelando minha conta aqui e espero nunca mais ter q colocar os pés no Bradesco
 Worst bank I ever set foot in my life!
They opened an account in my name without me knowing, and they accepted! Worse, the service is terrible, people unprepared and slow. At the moment, I have been in a queue for 4 more hours outside the bank, under the sun, and not even a sign of attendance. Lack of respect and commitment to people. I'm canceling my account here and I hope I never have to set foot in Bradesco again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, poucos funcionários, pouca atenção para o cliente. Ser Prime ou exclusive nada adianta. Não dá para confiar, quando precisamos do banco ele fazem tudo para dificultar. Por essas e outras que pretendo fazer a portabilidade.
Poor service, few employees, little attention to the customer. Being Prime or exclusive is no use. You can't trust, when we need the bank, they do everything to make it difficult. For these and others that I intend to do portability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei 50min esperando uma só pessoa no caixa. Não havia fila e o atendente do caixa não chamava o próximo. Simplesmente a pior experiência de todas!
I spent 50min waiting for just one person at the checkout. There was no queue and the cashier did not call the next one. Simply the worst experience ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!! Atendimento demora horas. Cheguei 8h30 de jejum, peguei uma senha e só fui atendido 14hr. Muito lotado, e ainda colocam alguns clientes para esperarem do lado de fora no sol !!!!! Em fevereiro de 2021, tive que ficar esperando do lado de fora no sol me queimando. Tive que comparecer mais de 3 vezes para solicitar um financiamento estudantil e, ainda assim, recusaram. Resultado: migrei para o Santander, que me atendeu muito bem, muito mais rápido, e consegui meu financiamento. Bradesco NUNCA MAIS !!!!!!!
Terrible!!! Service takes hours. I arrived at 8:30 am fasting, I got a password and I was only seen at 14:00. Very crowded, and still have some customers to wait outside in the sun!!!!! In February 2021, I had to wait outside in the burning sun. I had to appear more than 3 times to apply for a student loan and still they refused. Result: I migrated to Santander, which served me very well, much faster, and I got my financing. Bradesco NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O síndico eleito do Condimínio Sierra Madre, Júlio César Lima de Oliveira, levou ao Banco Bradesco, agência 1234, onde o condomínio mantém conta corrente, a ata da eleição de síndico período 2022/2023, devidamente registrada no cartório Morais Correia (Cartório do 4º Ofício de Notas da Comarca de Fortaleza-CE), porém não conseguiu movimentar a conta. A assembléia realizou-se com a finalidade exclusiva de eleição do síndico, portanto, não tratando de alterações na convenção ou no regimento interno, razão por que pode ser registrada em qualquer Cartório de Títulos e Documentos, consituindo ato autônomo, que não se sujeita aos princípios da territorialidade e da continuidade. Todavia, para sua surpresa e indignação, o Banco em questão exige para movimentação da conta que a referida ata esteja registrada junto ao Cartório de Registro de Imóveis, exigência esta descabida e arbitrária. Solicito providências.Vale a pena salientar que as atas dos último 5 anos vinham sendo aceitas pelo banco, com registro que seguia o mesmo procedimento agora realizado.
The trustee-elect of Condimínio Sierra Madre, Júlio César Lima de Oliveira, took to Banco Bradesco, branch 1234, where the condominium maintains a current account, the minutes of the election of trustee for the period 2022/2023, duly registered at the Morais Correia registry office (4th Notary Office of the District of Fortaleza-CE), but was unable to move the account. The meeting was held for the sole purpose of electing the trustee, therefore, not dealing with changes in the convention or in the bylaws, which is why it can be registered in any Registry of Deeds and Documents, constituting an autonomous act, which is not subject to the principles of territoriality and continuity.
