★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei meio dia, estava vago e fui logo atendida. Muitos lugares para se sentar, boa climatização... Estava com uma.mochila, a segurança foi bem solicita ao deixar eu passar pela roleta sem necessitar tirar tudo.
 I arrived at noon, it was vacant and I was immediately attended to. Plenty of places to sit, good air conditioning ... I had a backpack, security was well requested when letting me pass the roulette without having to take everything off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários até atendem bem mas pense numa fila horrível que você vai ter que enfrentar. Fora as vezes que perdi mais de um dia tentando resolver algo porque o "sistema" estava fora do ar.
A agência em si é até bem localizada mas minha experiência lá é quase sempre de frustração e longa espera.
The employees are very good but think of a horrible queue that you will have to face. Other times I lost more than a day trying to solve something because the "system" was down.
The agency itself is quite well located, but my experience there is almost always one of frustration and long waits.

Engraçado que o robô do banco ainda tenta confundir o cliente. Eu fui lá, hoje, 04/02/22, buscar meu cartão e o atendimento já havia encerrado. Fui informada pelo segurança que se estende somente às 15h.
Somente caixas eletrônicos funcionam após as 15h.
The service only works until 15:00.
Funny that the bank robot still tries to confuse the customer. I went there today, 02/04/22, to get my card and the service had already ended. I was informed by security that it only extends to 15:00.
Only ATMs work after 3pm.
