 There is never an envelope for cash deposit, and the ATM does not accept cash deposit if the envelope is for check ????

Whenever I need the ATMs the agency is closed. Bad opening hours than up to 18hrs.

It does not serve New Customers, nor does it open accounts of any kind. I was being thrown from one agency to another without being able to open an account for my daughter. Misleading advertising. #privatizaBB, just solve it.

Fui o segundo para ser atendido pessoa jurídica e só conseguir ser atendido as 11:00 horas.
Pior atendimento de PJ que um banco oferece.
TERRIBLE! The service starts at 10:00 am and the employee is still late!
I was the second to be assisted by a legal entity and only managed to be assisted at 11:00 am.
Worst PJ service that a bank offers.

O pior banco que já tive conta, atendentes super lentos que conversam muito com alguns clientes, falta praticidade no atendimento, pode reservar 3 horas para ser atendido, hoje cancelei minha conta pois esse é o pior banco em relação a relacionamento com o cliente. O fato de serem concursados não justifica a falta de respeito com os clientes.
Terrible!! The worst bank I've ever had, super slow attendants who talk a lot with some customers, lack of practicality in service, you can reserve 3 hours to be served, today I canceled my account because this is the worst bank in relation to customer relationship. The fact that they are in public exams does not justify the lack of respect for customers.

Hoje estou na agência para pegar o meu cartão e já faz mais de uma hora que estou no aguardo de ser chamado e ninguém toma providências. Absurdo mesmo. Não é possível que a administração do banco não veja a insatisfação Geral dos clientes deste banco com relação a está agência em especial. Absurdo! Falta de respeito com todos.
Terrible service, I've been a customer for over 10 years and I speak with propriety, the wait is huge, no one can take it. Today I'm at the agency to pick up my card and I've been waiting to be called for over an hour and nobody takes action. Absurd indeed. It is not possible for the bank's management not to see the general dissatisfaction of this bank's customers with regard to this particular branch. Absurd! Lack of respect for everyone.
