Agência minúscula, com apenas um caixa/funcionário, dois caixas eletrônicos (e uma fila gigantesca sempre), meia dúzia de cadeiras e sempre MUITA espera para realizar qualquer serviço. A fila para os caixas eletrônicos ocupam todo o espaço da sala de espera, que já é minúscula. Só frequento essa agência por falta de opção, mas, graças a Deus, raramente preciso ir lá.
A star because I can't give a "zero" star. Tiny agency, with only one cashier / employee, two ATMs (and a gigantic queue always), half a dozen chairs and always a LOT of waiting to perform any service. The line for ATMs occupy the entire space of the waiting room, which is already tiny. I only go to this agency for lack of options, but, thank God, I rarely need to go there.
