★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem banco que ganhe da caixa no quesito pior atendimento, a pessoa passa facilmente 1 horas ou mais esperando pra um atendimento que não leva 10 minutos no guichê.
Horrível
There is no bank that wins the box in the worst service, the person easily spends 1 hour or more waiting for a service that does not take 10 minutes at the window.

I've been trying to call to speak to a manager since last week and no one answers the call. There is no internal service at this agency. According to the information, it will be open until 4pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que tive em um banco. Mais de 2 horas e meia esperando e minha senha não foi chamada, só fui atendido quando fui reclamar com a gerente. Detalhe que era um procedimento muito simples que dura no máximo 5 minutos.
Worst service I've had at a bank. More than 2 and a half hours waiting and my password was not called, I was only answered when I complained to the manager. Note that it was a very simple procedure that lasts a maximum of 5 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depositei dia 22/02/2022 uma quantia em dinheiro na minha conta (no caixa 1 da esquerda para a direita), depois q coloquei o envelope a máquina entrou em modo de manutenção e voltou rapidamente e não me entregou o comprovante do deposito realizado! Procurei uma ajudante (Das que ficam nos caixas), a mesma foi lá dentro e me trouxe uma folha impressa dizendo que tinha sido resolvido.
Fui pra casa esperar que o dinheiro caisse na minha conta e pra minha surpresa, não foi creditado.
On 02/22/2022 I deposited an amount of money in my account (in cashier 1 from left to right), after I placed the envelope the machine went into maintenance mode and came back quickly and did not give me the proof of the deposit made! I looked for an assistant (of those who are in the cashiers), she went inside and brought me a printed sheet saying that it had been resolved.
I went home to wait for the money to fall into my account and to my surprise, it was not credited.
