★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim. Sou síndica de um condomínio e a conta e no Itaú da João XXIII. Na primeira vez que fui ao banco pra falar com a gerente de conta jurídica ela não estava. Fui atendida pelo gerente geral que pegou os documentos para fazer as alterações. Hoje estive lá novamente e a gerente havia saído pra almoçar. Falei novamente com o gerente geral que pegou meu contato para que ela me ligasse pra me dizer como estava a situação e nunca ligou. Pra piorar a moça que fica no atendimento me mandou sentar na cadeira pra esperar a gerente e nem se deu o trabalho se saber se ela estava lá.
Too bad. I am a manager of a condominium and João XXIII's account at Itaú. The first time I went to the bank to talk to the legal account manager, she wasn't there. I was attended to by the general manager who took the documents to make the changes. Today I was there again and the manager had gone out to lunch. I spoke again with the general manager who took my contact so she would call me to tell me how the situation was and she never did. To make matters worse, the girl who is in attendance told me to sit on the chair to wait for the manager and didn't even bother to find out if she was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente um descaso com os clientes, os quais a maioria são beneficiários do INSS, idosos, deficientes ou mães com neném de colo. Não entregam senha enquanto não se entra na agência para burlar a fiscalização do tempo de espero, é o que dar a entender. Enquanto isso, deixam clientes esperando por 2 ou 3hs sem abrigo do sol ou chuva.
Unfortunately, there is a disregard for clients, most of whom are INSS beneficiaries, the elderly, the disabled or mothers with babies. They don't hand over a password until you enter the agency to circumvent the waiting time inspection, that's what I suggest. Meanwhile, they leave customers waiting for 2 or 3 hours without shelter from the sun or rain.
