★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários desta agência mentiram para mim, dizendo que não existia a possibilidade de ter uma conta gratuita. Ao longo de 1 ano e meio metiram em duas situações em que eu exigi a minha conta gratuita, garantida pelos banco central por LEI!
Na terceira vez um funcionário, que eu nunca mais o vi na agência me informou como cadastrar minha conta no pacote gratuito.
Me roubaram assim mais de 250 reais em taxas de manutenção de um pacote que eu nunca usei. Bando de criminosos.
The employees of this agency lied to me, saying that there was no possibility of having a free account. Over the course of 1 year and a half they got into two situations in which I demanded my free account, guaranteed by the central bank by LEI!
The third time an employee, who I never saw at the agency again, told me how to register my account in the free package.
So I was stolen more than 250 reais in maintenance fees for a package that I never used. Gang of criminals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filas. Você espera mais do que 30~40 minutos para ser atendido no caixa. Quando está quase chegando sua vez, recebe a notícia de que o banco funciona até as 14hrs, mas encerram o atendimento antes das 13:30.
Pelo menos o atendente que encaminhava para os serviços avisou para não ir na segunda-feira, pois era dia de pagamento e a espera na fila seria ainda maior.
