★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior bb do estado,atendentes q nao atendem e nao tão nem ai pros clientes.sem falar que nao respeitam o estatuto do idoso onde diz q pessoas acima de 65 anos tem prioridade,lá so tem prioridade acima de 80 anos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre faltam atendentes, as mesas ficam vazias, e as filas enormes. Eh terrível. Procure outro banco ou outra unidade.
Waiters are always missing, tables are empty, and lines are huge. It's terrible. Look for another bank or another unit.

Juros altos, dificuldades pra fazer transações... encerrei a conta corrente, deixei a conta salário e fiz a portabilidade para outro banco... Não sei se isso é uma tática do governo federal, mas isso afasta correntistas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agencia movimentada como qualquer outra, mas aqui o caixa tira 1 hora de almoço do meio dia até as 13 hs aproximadamente. Então não vale a pena vir neste horário ou depois pra este tipo de atendimento.
O atendimento das mesas eh mto bom, rapaz que me atendeu foi muito simpatico
It's busy like any other, but here the cashier takes 1 hour of lunch from noon to 1pm approximately. So it's not worth coming at this time or later for this type of service.
The service at the tables is very good, the guy who attended me was very friendly
