★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso com o cliente. O atendente não segue os protocolos corretamente e o cliente é obrigado a voltar para a agência para consertar o erro e ainda tem que esperar o bendito terminar de almoçar por que ninguém mais na agência é capaz de resolver a burrada dele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o banco obriga o idoso a ir varias vezes ao banco pra saber se o cartão já chegou porque não manda pelo correio e não atende o telefone pra informar se o cartão já está no banco. uma falta de respeito e de empatia porque não se coloca no lugar do idoso.A data marcada de 15 dias pra receber o cartão não é cumprida e com isso o idoso tem que ir varias vezes sem saber se o cartão chegou.
