★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento precario e lento demais muitas vezes o unico caixa que tem funcionando passa horas para voltar atender fora os caixas eletronicos que ou estao quebrados ou sem dinheiro nunca funcionam e olha que tem 3 maquinaa na agencia lamentavel ...
Precarious service and too slow often the only cashier that has been working spends hours to get back out of the ATMs that are either broken or out of money never work and look that has 3 machines in the pitiful agency ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa agência já foi mais eficiente, porém nos últimos meses a mesma está passando por problemas técnicos e operacionais, ocasionando lentidão no atendimento. Aparentemente só disponibilizam um operador de caixa, pois das vezes que visitei essa agência, só vi um operador. Os atendentes tentam ser corteses, mas precisam melhorar na simpatia aos clientes.
This agency has already been more efficient, but in recent months it has been experiencing technical and operational problems, causing slow service. Apparently they only have one cashier operator, because of the times I visited that branch, I only saw one operator. The attendants try to be courteous, but they need to improve their friendliness to the customers.
