★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre bom ter uma opção de Banco dentro de um Shopping, onde se consegue estacionar mais facilmente e com segurança. Gosto da estrutura desta agência, que deixa os caixas eletrônicos no corredor do shopping, sem precisar entrar no banco em si ou atrás de portas giratórias.
 Always good to have a bank option inside a mall, where you can park more easily and safely. I like the structure of this agency, which leaves the ATMs in the mall aisle without having to enter the bank itself or behind revolving doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Filas enormes, faltam de organização, os funcionários tentam ao máximo fazer o melhor é merecem um troféu por isso. No entanto a (péssima) organização e logística faz com que tudo se torne um caos ! Não há ngm para fazer uma triagem dos atendimentos, toda hora alguém interrompe o funcionário da mesa de atendimento, varias pessoas perdem tempo pq era pra resolver no caixa interno ou externo, sem contar os espertalhões que furam a fila etc etc. Se há um local onde a coordenação não funciona esse local e aqui (escrevo direto da fila) PÉSSIMO ! Não recomendo a ngm abrir conta aqui. OBS os funcionários não tem parte no problema, eles que mantém a agência ativa. O resto ? Novamente PÉSSIMO
Big queues, lack of organization, staff try their best to do the best and deserve a trophy for that. However (bad) organization and logistics makes everything a mess! There is no ngm to do a sorting of the attendances, every time someone interrupts the employee of the desk of attendance, several people waste time because it was to solve in the internal or external box, not counting the smartmen who stick the queue etc etc. If there is a place where coordination does not work this place and here (I write straight from the queue) PAST! I do not recommend the ngm open account here. OBS employees have no part in the problem, they keep the agency active. The rest? Again PAST
