Minha experiência foi ruim.
Cheguei no banco as 10:38, agora são 11:54 e ainda não fui atendido.
Só Deus sabe que horas vou sair, e para piorar não sei nem que horas vou almoçar, difícil.
Infelizmente somos refém, de um péssimo sistema de agilidade no atendimento.
Certamente a desculpa será, dia de pico.
Justificativa encontra, o difícil é disposição para solucionar o problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te induzem a abrir uma conta desnecessária para receber o benefício dizendo que não vai cobrar nada, e então empurram sem vc saber um monte de seguros e taxas. Um absurdo.
They trick you into opening an unnecessary account to receive the benefit saying you won't charge anything, and then they push you without knowing a lot of insurance and fees. Nonsense.
