Ele foi muito atencioso com as pessoas que estavam la e principalmente com idosos.. Excelente profissional!! Me ajudou e muito... Todos os bancos deveriam se espelhar e treinar profissionais assim..
I don't usually have good experiences in a bank, due to the delay, but that day, I was surprised by the practicality, and skill in this branch with the manager Rafael Magalhães... He was very attentive to the people who were there and especially to the elderly.. Excellent professional!! It helped me a lot... All banks should mirror themselves and train professionals like this..

Pra falar com alguém vc tem que ir pessoalmente até a agência levar uma canceira e as vezes os tal gerentes acham que esta prestando um favor.
Tem que melhorar e muito o atendimento afinal de contas o banco depende dos clientes ou eu estou enganado.???
Too bad, you can't talk to anyone at the bank,
To talk to someone, you have to personally go to the agency to take a letter and sometimes those managers think you're doing them a favor.
It has to improve and a lot the service after all the bank depends on the customers or am I wrong.???
