Tendo que ficar no Sol quente por horas pra ser atendida, e quando passamos para o lado de dentro não tem nem onde sentar e nem água pra beber, e fiquei na Fila por 4 horas de tempo pra abrir uma conta.
A lack of respect and the queue and especially the waiting time are shameful. Having to stay in the hot sun for hours to be assisted, and when we go inside there is nowhere to sit or water to drink, and I stood in line for 4 hours to open an account.

Terrible service, I came twice to open an account and they don't seem to want to work with it. I am very dissatisfied. Advice look for another agency.
