Cheguei a conversar com gerente e ele achou a funcionária correta. Mesmo sabendo de todos os problemas que eu relatei, e não tive como me defender, acho que precisa ter algum outro método de avaliação. Pois o cliente precisa ser tratado com respeito e cuidado, pois quem tem problema não bem escrito.
Awful. I am currently pregnant, I have borderline disorder and diabetes issues. I was treated very badly in an unpleasant way. I even talked to the manager and he found the right employee. Even knowing all the problems I reported, and I had no way to defend myself, I think there needs to be some other evaluation method. Because the customer needs to be treated with respect and care, because whoever has a problem is not well written.
