★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, perguntei se parcelava, o atendente que acho q era o dono, ficava resmungando dizendo q ia mudar de ramo, olhava pros lados virava os olhos, dizia q cliente só reclama! Me senti muito mal! Parecia que eu estava incomodando!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma banheira na "banheira banheira" no dia 05/01/2015 dei de entrada R$1.300,00 e foram parcelados em 5x 332,00 por infelicidade minha voltaram os dois últimos cheques. Liguei para o Sr. Brás que se diz o responsável pela empresa para pagar o cheque e receber a banheira, mas ele próprio me falou que não sabia aonde estavam os cheques e que iria me procurar assim que achasse esses cheques. Mas não me ligou !
Liguei varias vezes, mandei email, falei com o filho dele o Henrique, com a Silvia que diz que é sua secretaria, mas nada de resolver. Acredito que pra ele seja bom não resolver o problema, pois ele esta com o dinheiro e com a banheira.
Infelizmente terei que abrir um processo contra a empresa.
Fiquem de olho, não entreguem dinheiro sem o produto!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ compramos uma jacuzzi meridian que nao instalaram direito. nao funciona o aquecedor e esta com vazamento depois de usada 3x. A capa pra proteger o produto envergou na primeira chuva. O deck feito por eles esta todo estourado pq o material nao aguentava ficar no tempo e nao seguiram respiro necessário.
Não comprem, nao fechem negócio. Picaretas e mutreteiros. O Brás, dono, é o pior deles.
Chamei manutencao em outra empresa e disseram q ligaram a energia toda errada, com aquecedor de lavabo, e ROUBARAM UM MOTOR. Cobraram e nao entregaram o devido.
we bought a meridian jacuzzi that they didn't install properly. the heater does not work and is leaking after being used 3x. The cover to protect the product wore on the first rain. The deck made by them is all blown up because the material could not stand to stay in time and did not follow the necessary breath.
Do not buy, do not close a deal. Picks and car dealers. Brás, owner, is the worst of them.
I called maintenance at another company and said they turned on the power all wrong, with toilet heater, and STEALED AN ENGINE. They charged and did not deliver due.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei banheira jacuzzi em Novembro de 2016. Na primeira semana de Dezembro demos início a instalação. Até hoje não conseguiram terminar o trabalho. Já vieram três funcionários. Levaram a cromoterapia com defeito e não trouxeram de volta. Quebraram o contrapiso 3 vezes. Trouxeram deck em quantidade inferior ao necessário. Estamos no dia 26 de Janeiro. Nada de resposta nas mensagens e solicitações para finalizar o trabalho. Já anunciei esse problema na JACUZZI, disse desconhecer o "representante".
