★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um Senhor que entrega as senhas, altamente arrogante e mal educado. Fiquei um tempão no sol e quando foi minha vez ele simplesmente disse que já eram 14:00 e tinha encerrado... Isso pq eram 14:00 em ponto.
Nada contra os idosos, pois conheço vários na ativa e trabalhando melhor do que muitos jovens, mas se for p destratar os clientes é melhor se aposentar logo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento no front da agência. A moça e o senhor que eram para dar o supirte são ectremamente grosseiros e inconvenientes. Vou mudar de agência para não ter q passar por constrangimentos outra vez.

Lá está um absurdo de tanta barraca tomando o espaço dos pedestres e deixando o lugar perigoso!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pior agência e por mim fechava! não serve de nada, ngm consegue resolver nada e ainda tem que aguentar os atendentes extremamente grosseiros! é um absurdo. por mim nem estrela eu dava de tão ruim que é. nunca fui la pra conseguir resolver nada. pra melhorar só uma reforma imensa de fora pra dentro, péssimos funcionários, desorganizado e etc. odiei e sempre passo raiva quando vou.
worst agency and for me it closed! it's no use, nobody can solve anything and you still have to put up with the extremely rude attendants! it's an absurd. I didn't even give it a star because of how bad it is. I never went there to get anything done. to improve only a huge renovation from the outside in, bad employees, disorganized and so on. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qual é a dificuldade em retirarem todas as ferragens-barracas dos camelôs que ficam nessa agência no centro do bairro Messejana em Fortaleza-Ce, na frente e na lateral do banco, tanto na rua lateral Manoel Castelo Branco que está infernal tentar andar por lá com tanta ferragem que fica até quando os camelôs vão embora deixando a calçada feia e perigosa e na rua frontal Coronel Francisco Pereira! Lá está um absurdo de tanta barraca tomando o espaço dos pedestres e deixando o lugar perigoso, principalmente na lateral que já tomaram o lugar até do ponto de ônibus!!! Favor resolverem isso por completo
