Eu poderia reclamar da demora do atendimento mas isso já estamos conformados (virou normalidade), porém fui atendida por um funcionário impaciente que antes mesmo de pegar meus documentos demonstrou que não estava a fim de fazer o atendimento: Reclamou que minha agência não era aquela, fez perguntas que não eram pertinentes e ignorou todas as informações que eu já havia levado sobre qual pacote de seguro gostaria de contratar. No fim, ele desistiu de me atender e descobri que seu nome é Robson. Graças a Deus uma funcionária (Ana) proativa se disponibilizou a me ajudar e resolveu toda a situação de forma rápida e educada, se não fosse ela eu teria perdido a viagem.
I went to the agency to solve a simple question to hire a life insurance service. I could complain about the delay in service, but we are already satisfied (it has become normality), but I was attended by an impatient employee who, even before picking up my documents, showed that he was not in the mood for the service: He complained that my agency was not that one, asked questions that were not pertinent and ignored all the information I had already taken about which insurance package I would like to take out. In the end, he gave up on me and I found out his name is Robson. Thank God a proactive employee (Ana) was available to help me and resolved the whole situation quickly and politely, if it wasn't for her I would have missed the trip.
