★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha Lavadoura sempre levei nessa empresa, desde que comprei foi a única que indicaram para a marca GE e até então sempre vai com um problema e de repente aparece outro. O último em novembro de 2016 paguei o equivalente a $ 450,00 reais que segundo técnico era parte mecânica, já foi para fazer limpeza e agora dois meses aparece com problema que tem uma peça no motor a ser trocada e também correias . Bom, chamei o técnico, veio há duas semanas em minha casa e disse que precisaria ver se tinha a peça, não deu retorno, final de semana liguei alguém de nome Maria pediu que aguardasse que o técnico não tinha passado a ela qual o problema e até agora nada. Vou esperar até amanha somente, depois irei procurar os direitos do consumidor.
My Lavadoura I always took in this company, since I bought it, it was the only one they indicated for the GE brand and until then it always goes with one problem and suddenly another one appears. The last one, in November 2016, I paid the equivalent of $ 450.00 reais, which according to a technician was a mechanical part, it was already for cleaning purposes and now two months later I have a problem with a part in the engine to be replaced and also belts. Well, I called the technician, came to my house two weeks ago and said I would need to see if I had the part, it didn't come back, I called someone over the weekend and asked her to wait until the technician hadn't told her what the problem was and until now, nothing. I will wait until tomorrow only, then I will look for consumer rights.

I'm giving it 1 star, because ñ has zero rsss option, the only good thing was the service at the counter, the rest was terrible; in addition to making the repair expensive; charge the report also; and it takes a lifetime to deliver the report ...
