★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barbacoa was a great experience for my boyfriend and I. He was extremely excited about trying barbecue in Brazil, more specifically the picanha. The buffet is well served and constantly refreshed by the servers. The Metre was very cordial and ensured we had a good experience.
However, the reason why I am not giving 5 stars was because we didn't get the cuts of meat we specifically asked the servers. When Filet Mignon came we'd had enough food and could not try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really hoping to love this place. The service was great, and the buffet had a lot of variety. The staff walked around continuously offering a variety of meets for you too choose from. What I was not a fan off, was that the selection of the more popular cuts, like picanha and filet mignon were rarely offered, unless you asked and waited a long time to receive them. While sometimes the meat was perfectly cooked, about half of the time the meat was far too salty to enjoy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely think this place offers great food, however as I have visited many times in a group with my male colleagues and alone with female colleagues, we have been treated differently (inferiority) when we we were only women
They absolutely have treated the “man@ with more attention and overall respect
As examples
The food (cuts of meat) offered were different
Drinks spilled women cleaned, men cleaned and replenished
Overall waitress attentiveness lacking for women table vs table with male
Under appreciated as female customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ excellent place for dinner with espeito corrido (rolling meat all the time) with an outstanding quality. products are of JBS, that were present that night. the salad bar has from octopus to shrimps and abalones. Simply, don't lose it. we were at Barbacoa Itaim but there are 130 in Brazil ??????

GREEN means "bring the meat"
&
RED means "I need a break give me a second"
And when I say bring the meat, I mean they serve you the best cuts of every meat, every time. I mean your favorite bite, every bite. I was in heaven.
They also have a salad bar, with the best leaf, or grain, or legume. Every piece looks like the best one. Now I know it sounds like there must be a lot of waste, but I'm not thinking about that as I bite the best part of the steak, or pork belly.
It's worth every penny.
(Also, the service is phenomenal. They have English, Portuguese, and Spanish speakers)
