Infelizmente deixaram de trabalhar com a massa integral e como meu filho é diabetico deixamos de comprar lá. Esperamos que voltem com a massa integral, pois na região fazia a diferença.
Very good pizza, I have been a customer for a long time. Deliveries have always surprised us because they arrive ahead of schedule. Unfortunately they stopped working with the whole pasta and as my son is diabetic we stopped buying there. We hope they come back with the whole pasta, because in the region it made a difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na sexta-feira recebi algumas visitas e decidimos comprar uma pizza. Como já havíamos comprado antes gostamos da qualidade e do compromisso com a entrega. O meu pedido foi realizado as 21h12.
Liguei várias vezes para a pizzaria para saber do pedido. E depois de muitas ligações informaram que o motoboy teve problemas com a moto. Como já tinha passado 2h informei que se estivesse fria recusaria a entrega. A atendente informou que fariam outra para me enviar. A pizza fria chegou 23h10, um absurdo de atraso.
Liguei novamente e falaram que ainda enviariam. Recebi a pizza prometida meia noite. Uma vergonha de prazo e os responsáveis pouco se importaram com a satisfação do cliente. Ao abrir a caixa percebi que o sabor estava errado. Compramos meia franco com polenguinho e meia atum com catupiri.
Liguei novamente para a pizzaria a atendente passou para o responsável e ele apenas lamentou. Disse que enviariam outra e eu recusei, sem condições ficar aguardando eles aprenderem a trabalhar. Ai ele disse que enviaria uma cortesia no proximo pedido. Não haverá próximo, não me conformo em ter pago por uma pizza errada e por ter esperado tanto. Sei dos meus direitos e não deveria nem ter pagado. Mas fica a consciência deles. E aqui deixo meu alerta para nunca comprarem nada desse lugar. Era bom quando faziam apenas a pizza, agora que inventaram marmitas e ifood perderam o controle logístico e a qualidade.
On Friday I had some visitors and we decided to buy a pizza. As we had purchased before, we liked the quality and the commitment to delivery. My order was placed at 9:12 pm.
I called the pizzeria several times to find out about the order. And after many calls they reported that the motoboy had problems with the bike. As 2 hours had passed I informed that if it was cold I would refuse delivery. The attendant said they would make another one to send me. The cold pizza arrived at 11:10 pm, an absurd delay.
I called again and they said they would still ship. I got the promised pizza at midnight. Shame on the deadline and those responsible didn't care about customer satisfaction. When I opened the box I realized that the flavor was wrong. We bought half franco with polenguinho and half tuna with catupiri.
I called the pizzeria again, the attendant passed it on to the person in charge and he just regretted it. He said they would send another one and I refused, unable to wait for them to learn how to work. Then he said he would send a courtesy on the next order. There won't be a next one, I'm not satisfied with having paid for the wrong pizza and having waited so long. I know my rights and I shouldn't even have paid. But their conscience remains. And here I leave my warning to never buy anything from this place. It was good when they only made pizza, now that they invented lunchboxes and ifood they lost logistical control and quality.
