★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei a recepção bem desorganizada. Se chegar antes tem que ficar esperando a distribuição de senha mas depois não entregam por ordem de chegada e quando liberam para subir, também não chama pela senha na segunda recepção. O atendimento médico foi bom mas a qualidade das imagens do ultrassom é péssima. Veio impresso em sulfite e totalmente ilegível. Em meio a uma pandemia, não tinha papel e nem sabonete no banheiro para higienização das mãos.
I found the reception very disorganized. If you arrive before you have to wait for the password distribution but then they do not deliver on a first come first served basis and when they are free to go up, they also do not call for the password at the second reception. The medical assistance was good but the quality of the ultrasound images is terrible. It came printed in sulfite and totally illegible. In the midst of a pandemic, there was no paper or soap in the bathroom for hand hygiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A paciente Luzinete Alves da Silva idosa, foi maltratada pelo medico Ortopedista Gustavo Barbosa Celia Hinkenikel no dia 14/09/2021 a mesma chegou no local por volta 11:40 antes do seu horário de atendimento a recepcionista pediu para subir ela ficou aguardando o medico atender todos os pacientes que estavam lá, ate aqueles que chegaram depois, ela foi perguntar e a ficha dela não constava no sistema por um erro da recepcionista. O médico disse que ela tinha chegado atrasada e estava fazendo um favor em atender foi super mal educado e riu da cara dela. Acredito que quando ele formou em médico se esqueceu da parte humana e da educação e o amor pelo que faz e que maltratar idosos é crime conforme Art.99 - Essa paciente que ele maltratou sofre com depressão e ficou pior com a humilhação que passou.

The doctor said that she was late and was doing him a favor in answering it was super rude and laughed in her face. I believe that when he graduated as a doctor, he forgot the human part and education and the love for what he does and that mistreating the elderly is a crime according to Art.99 - This patient he mistreated suffers from depression and got worse with the humiliation she went through.
