★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indiquei para meu irmão, que teve um péssimo atendimento. Funcionários preguiçosos não quiseram o trocar a bateria no sábado de manhã pois havia jogo da Copa e estavam todos vendo o jogo. Ele comprou e fez a troca em casa, porém a bateria estava com defeito, vazou o ácido e manchou a moto (Yamaha MT-07). Ao trocar, vendedor não concedeu o mesmo desconto da primeira bateria e disse que o dano ocorreu pois ele teve que fazer a troca ele mesmo, mas estavam todos ocupados vendo o jogo da Copa no dia da compra. Lastimável o péssimo atendimento e a má vontade dos funcionários. Essa franquia deveria encerrar suas operações.
 I indicated it to my brother, who had a terrible service. Lazy officials did not want to change the battery on Saturday morning as there was a World Cup match and everyone was watching the game. He bought and made the exchange at home, but the battery was defective, the acid leaked and stained the bike (Yamaha MT-07). When exchanging, the seller did not grant the same discount as the first battery and said that the damage occurred because he had to make the exchange himself, but they were all busy watching the World Cup game on the day of purchase. The lousy service and the unwillingness of the staff were pitiful. This franchise should end its operations.
