They didn't want to change the car battery because they claimed it was good. I went to the electric car and they borrowed a battery that I used for 2 days and the car was great. In conclusion I ended up buying elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima Experiência. Seguindo sugestão do meu filho fiz a compra da bateria no final da tarde no site da empresa, que prometeu instalar no dia seguinte as 08:30. Exatamente no horário combinado apareceu o sr. Edson, uniformizado, motocicleta limpissima, educado e sem pressa. Instalou a bateria com calma, cobrou a fatura e me forneceu NF e garantia, tudo perfeito. O valor foi praticamente igual ao preço em sites de venda. Recomendo muito.
Great Experience. Following my son's suggestion, I bought the battery in the late afternoon on the company's website, which promised to install the next day at 8:30 am. Exactly at the agreed time, Mr. Edson, in uniform, very clean motorcycle, polite and unhurried. He installed the battery calmly, collected the invoice and gave me NF and warranty, all perfect. The value was practically equal to the price on sale sites. I highly recommend.
