★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei, não me atenderam (liguei 3 vezes, chamou até cair), mandei msg no Whatsapp da clínica, apenas me responderam no outro dia. Demorar pra responder é uma coisa, mas responder 24hrs depois é descaso total. Péssimo, não gostei e não indico.
 I called, they didn't answer me (I called 3 times, called until I dropped), I sent a message on the clinic's Whatsapp, they just answered me the other day. Taking time to answer is one thing, but responding 24 hours later is a total neglect. Terrible, I didn't like it and I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma ultra e quando fui buscar só tinha o laudo sem as imagens do exame. Achei uma falta de respeito com o paciente que ainda precisa aguardar 5 dias úteis para ter o resultado faltando documentos. Precisam melhorar nesse aspecto.
I did an ultra and when I went to get only the report without the images of the exam. I found a lack of respect with the patient who still needs to wait 5 business days to have the result missing documents. They need to improve on that.
