Precisava trocar meu colchão (que é de marca concorrente) devido a gravidez e tempo de uso. Fiz o orçamento na loja do colchão que já tinha, mas o atendimento foi tão ruim que decidi ver outras possibilidades. Então entrei no Bed Store Park shopping e de cara a vendedora Bárbara foi super simpática e pró-ativa! Nos repassou todas as qualidades dos colchões disponíveis e, eu e meu esposo, ficamos impactados com a qualidade dos colchões. Que atendimento senhores! Para finalizar a compra, tivemos a assistência do gerente Marcos, e novamente nos sentimos acolhidos e muito, muito bem assessorados! Valeu muito decidir trocar de marca e loja! A minha confiança foi imediata, e deixo meu relato aqui para os próximos consumidores. Entramos para pesquisar e ver um colchão e acabamos comprando não só um colchão de qualidade, mas também a cabeceira...rsrs! Venham sem medo, vale muito a pena! Ah, o prazo de entrega? 02 dias antes do previsto às 08:30 da manhã...sim, um prazo curto e surpreendente!

Super Indica!! What a positive experience!
I needed to change my mattress (which is a competitor brand) due to pregnancy and time of use. I made a quote at the mattress store I already had, but the service was so bad that I decided to look at other possibilities. So I entered the Bed Store Park shopping mall and the seller Barbara was super friendly and proactive! She gave us all the qualities of the mattresses available, and my husband and I were impacted by the quality of the mattresses. What a service, gentlemen! To finalize the purchase, we had the assistance of the manager Marcos, and once again we felt welcomed and very, very well assisted! It was really worth deciding to change brand and store! My confidence was immediate, and I leave my report here for the next consumers. We went in to search and see a mattress and ended up buying not only a quality mattress, but also the headboard...lol! Come without fear, it's worth it! Ah, the delivery time? 02 days ahead of schedule at 08:30 in the morning...yes, a short and surprising deadline!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e meu noivo realizamos a compra de um colchão queen, cama box baú queen e uma cabeceira courino bege com o vendedor João Victor e seu gerente Marcos, em julho de 2021.
Foram extremamente atenciosos, tiraram todas as nossas dúvidas e foram super prestativos.
No momento da entrega, percebi que a cabeceira não estava na mesma tonalidade da qual escolhi na loja e entrei em contato com o vendedor João. No mesmo dia ele se prontificou em resolver e um dia depois já realizaram a troca.
Estamos muito felizes e satisfeitos com os produtos e atendimento!
My fiance and I purchased a queen mattress, a queen box bed and a beige leather headboard from the seller João Victor and his manager Marcos, in July 2021.
They were extremely attentive, took all our doubts and were super helpful.
Upon delivery, I noticed that the headboard was not in the same shade as I had chosen at the store and I contacted the salesperson João. On the same day he offered to resolve it and a day later they already made the exchange.

Fiquei muito satisfeita com a compra e também recomendo sempre para os meus amigos quando falam que precisam comprar uma boa cama/colchão.

Voltei a Loja e fui recebido pela Suyan.
Expliquei a ela todo o problema e ela prontamente se dispôs a resolver.
Fez todo procedimento de acionamento da garantia e deu todo o suporte necessário, como não havia um mesmo colchão pra substituir, me ofereceram um colchão até superior, (vide foto anexada) ao que eu já tinha sem custo adicional algum. Gostaria de parabenizar Muito agradecido a Suyan e toda Equipe Bed Store !!! Vcs são Ótimos !!!
I purchased a Miami Propedic mattress that had problems with 1 year of use. Getting deformed on one side.
I returned to the Store and was greeted by Suyan.
I explained the entire problem to her and she promptly set out to solve it.
He went through the entire warranty activation procedure and gave all the necessary support, as there was not the same mattress to replace, they offered me an even superior mattress (see attached photo) to what I already had at no additional cost.
