★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na loja de Itanhaém, funcionários bem atenciosos, educados, procuram sempre oferecer as melhores opções. Combinam a entrega e cumprem os prazos. Show room com muitas opções de camas, poltronas e sofás. Único problema que o estacionamento em frente a loja é pago (zona azul). Contudo, na rua lateral ou na próxima quadra as vagas são livres, sem cobrança de zona azul.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedor não cumpre com o que promete!! Ficou de ligar pra avisar se a cama chegaria, mas não ligou nem pra dar satisfação.
Falou também que iria ligar antes da transportadora entregar, não ligou e foi até a minha casa um cara mau encarado com cara de bandido olhou tudo, as câmeras, as coisas, móveis e objetos. Ridículo, MUITO LIGEIRO.
NOTA ZERO para a preocupação que a loja tem com a SEGURANÇA e INTEGRIDADE FÍSICA DOS SEUS CLIENTES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um verdadeiro pesadelo comprei 3 base de cama box solteiro já começa pela entrega vc tem que ficar aguardando o dia todo as bases com estrutura interna in aceitável 10 pregos sem acertar a ripa mofado e com o odor insuportável e com cupins efetuaram as trocas com os mesmo problema agora a 3 troca a parte interna aceitável mas de brinde os cupins. É inaceitável É uma negligência sem propósito.um crime contra o consumidor.
