★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é regular, pois preferi ser atendida do lado de fora da loja. Motivo: funcionários sem máscara ou usando de forma equivocada dentro da loja. E pasmem: tem um manequim na entrada da loja, todo paramentado e com uma placa: "Neste estabelecimento é obrigatório o uso de máscara." O funcionário Richard, que me atendeu, estava de máscara e usava corretamente - salvo engano, era o único. Pelo menos os produtos adquiridos são de boa qualidade.
Service is regular, as I preferred to be served outside the store. Reason: employees without masks or misusing them inside the store. And behold: there is a mannequin at the entrance of the store, all dressed up and with a sign: "In this establishment it is mandatory to wear a mask." The employee Richard, who attended me, was wearing a mask and was wearing it correctly - if I'm not mistaken, he was the only one. At least the products purchased are of good quality.

Durante esse periodo a Befran foi nosso principal fornecedor de materiais, só tenho a agradecer e elogiar o pronto atendimento, atenção, e disponibilidade para ir atrás de material caso não tinham a pronta entrega.
Não tenho nada a reclamar deles, A Dona Teresa (proprietaria da loja) e seus funcionarios (Igor e outros vendedores) nos deram a melhor assistência no periodo de obra que poderiamos ter na região.
Recomendo de olhos fechados o serviços deles.
I spent 6 months with a project in the region of Botafogo/RJ, I am a buyer of a construction company in SP.
During this period Befran was our main supplier of materials, I can only thank and praise the prompt service, attention, and availability to go after material if they did not have prompt delivery.
I have nothing to complain about them, Dona Teresa (store owner) and her employees (Igor and other sellers) gave us the best assistance during the construction period we could have in the region.
I recommend them with my eyes closed.
