★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por recomendação de minha cabeleireira Selma do salão Gioh no Itanhangá, procurava um produto Wella para nutrir meu cabelo e usar com a máscara Fusion que eu já tinha em casa. Pedi a vendedora que não lembro o nome que me desse um produto que não desse volume no meu cabelo, pois eu tenho grande quantidade e faço progressiva praa baixar o volume. Ela me disse que deveria levar o Well Enrich 150ml que era mt bom e não dava volume no cabelo. Comprei e segui as instruções da embalagem, mas o cabelo ficou num volume absurdo. Tive que usá-lo em coque sempre e ficou ressecado em vez de nutrido.
Vi que houve um engano na indicação equivocada da vendedora, voltei na loja hj e pedi pra trocar por outro, mesmo que fosse de menor valor. A gerente Alcidea, insistiu que o produto era esse mesmo e que eu o levasse para minha cabeleireira pra ela resolver, querendo me despachar da loja. Saí e falei que ia reclamar. Ela deu um sorriso sarcástico e disse: Fique a vontade, minha senhora. Me venderam um produto errado e o CDC me ampara nesse caso. Péssimo atendimento nessa loja, empurram qq coisa sem entender direito o que a cliente quer. Me empurraram outro produto de menor valor, falando maravilhas do mesmo que tb não prestou, resseca o cabelo.

Bad service in this store, they push anything without really understanding what the customer wants. They pushed me another product of lesser value, talking about wonders of the same that tb did not pay, it dries out the hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja grande e com variedade de produtos, entretanto, com PÉSSIMO escopo de funcionários. Não foi a primeira vez que entrei nesta loja e sai como invisível, pq sequer um "boa noite" recebi. Hoje não foi diferente, entretanto, até o momento que peguei um produto, neste momento uma vendedora se dirigiu a mim e falou: "quando for pagar, entrega este cartão e se precisar de alguma coisa, é só chamar"... Achei o ápice da cara de pau! Em todas as vezes que entrei na loja, ninguém nunca me atendeu e até por este motivo, nunca antes tinha comprado lá, aí hoje, só e somente porque me movimentei para comprar, aí eu posso ser atendida? Pois saibam que eu só comprei, porque o meu cabeleireiro me informou que vocês trabalham com o produto específico e me deu a foto... Caso contrário não compraria. Vendedor só quer atender quando vai vender??? Revejam o quadro de funcionários, pois a qualidade do atendimento prestado é péssima!!!
