★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já faço meu cabelo há algum tempo no beleza, o atendimento é sempre bem alegre, é lotado direto, mas mesmo assim prefiro esperar pois sei que meu cabelo sempre sai impecável, recomendo demais que façam com a Rafaela ou William ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato pelo Whatsapp após ver LINDAS fotos no Instagram. Mostrei como eu gostaria do meu cabelo explicando que já tinha feito descoloração. e me indicaram o ombré pra ficar o resultado que eu queria. disseram que eu deveria reservar uma manhã ou tarde. No dia marcado cheguei 7:30 porque é por chegada. Só foram abrir 8:20h. Já tinha 3 pessoas na minha frente. Eu fui atendidas meio dia e sai 4h da tarde sem comer absolutamente nada e ainda tendo compromisso. O cabelereiro Willian foi muito atencioso mas acredito que falte estrutura pra ele. Não fizeram teste de mecha e simplesmente quando lavei meu cabelo estava detonaaaaaado. Acabado. Não consigo pentear meu cabelo, cheio de nós. Praticamente um corte químico. Há um mês fazendo cronograma mas não tem jeito. Mandei msg no Whatsapp ninguém respondeu, só depois de eu deixar um comentário no Instagram que foram perguntar o que havia acontecido. eu contei e pedi meu dinheiro de volta pq além de não ter ficado como eu queria ainda está ESTRAGADO e disseram pra eu ir no salão pq tinham um procedimento quando não gostavam. eu perguntei que procedimento seria esse mas até o momento ninguém respondeu nada mesmo tendo visualizado. Decidi que vou cortar meu cabelo no queixo porque e a única solução. Muito mal por tudo isso. falta de cuidado e de atenção. é como já disseram aqui: O BARATO QUE SAI CARO.
Obs.:No dia que eu fui o salão estava lotado, sem distanciamento social.

I got in touch by Whatsapp after seeing BEAUTIFUL photos on Instagram. I showed how I would like my hair by explaining that it had already bleached. and they gave me the ombré to get the result I wanted. they said i should book a morning or afternoon. On the appointed day I arrived at 7:30 because it is by arrival. They only opened at 8: 20h. I already had 3 people in front of me. I was attended half a day and left at 4:00 in the afternoon without eating anything and still having an appointment. The hairdresser Willian was very attentive but I believe that he lacks structure. They did not do a strand test and simply when I washed my hair it was great. Finished. I can't comb my hair, full of knots. Practically a chemical cut. I've been making a schedule for a month, but there's no way. I sent a message on Whatsapp, no one answered, only after I left a comment on Instagram that they went to ask what had happened. I counted and asked for my money back because besides not being as I wanted it is still DAMNED and they told me to go to the salon because they had a procedure when they didn't like it. I asked what this procedure would be but so far no one has answered anything even having visualized it. I decided that I'm going to cut my hair on my chin because it's the only solution. Too bad for all of this. lack of care and attention. it is as they said here: THE CHEAP THAT IS EXPENSIVE.
Obs.:The day I went, the room was packed, with no social distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente deste salão por mais de 8 anos, confiava no trabalho deles e por muito tempo fiz meu cabelo la, nunca fiz nenhuma reclamação, apesar de as pessoas da recepção do tratarem bem quando querem, e a dona ser uma pessoa altamente arrogante. Ate o ultimo sábado eu nunca tinha feito meu cabelo com a Josy (dona do salão) ate que ela pegou meu cabelo, eu pedi pra fazer um ombre hair, inclusive ela mesma procurou foto no celular dela e me mostrou como meu cabelo ficaria. eu deixei claro que não queria que clareasse minha raiz, por isso minha opção (apesar de mais cara) seria o ombro hair. ela muito arrogante disse que a única pessoa do brasil de fazia ombre daquela forma era ela, eu confiei..ate porque como falei, sou cliente de la a anos, inclusive conhecida dos outros profissionais que la trabalham. No fim, ela fez mechas no meu cabelo ( que nada se parece com ombre) e pra piorar.. quando fui falar com ela pra ajeitar.. que aquilo não era o que eu tinha pedido.. ela (arrogante como é) me tratou super mal, gritou comigo na frente de todos os outros clientes, não deixava eu ao menos falar, falando que eu sempre dava problema, sendo que eu nunca disse um ai contra o salão, a outra que fica na recepção (Cristina) também gritou, mesmo vendo que eu estava chorando, envergonhada e triste, eu nunca fui tratada assim em canto nenhum que ja frequentei nesse mundo. depois, quando eu ja estava soluçando, muito nervosa (a dona, Josy nem um pedido de desculpas me deu) e outra.. Cristina veio me pedir desculpas... dizendo que tinha se enganado.. que eu não era que dava problema la não. Alguns profissionais, realmente se salvam... e eu não sei o que eles fazem misturados com essas duas mulheres nojentas. Um salao que a dona e a recepção e muito que trabalham la, são altamente desumanos, so lhe tratam bem enquanto você ta gostando do que eles fazem. sendo que ela mesmo viu que errou. Enfim.. deixei aqui meu relato como forma de abrir os olhos de quem for la... existem outro salões de beleza em fortaleza com o atendimento muito melhor, se puderem evitem ir la. passei tao mal, que na ida pra casa tive que parar numa farmácia, pra comprar um remedio, tamanha foi a humilhação que elas me fizeram passar. bando de gente nojenta.
I was a client of this salon for more than 8 years, I trusted their work and for a long time I did my hair there, I never made any complaints, although the people at the reception treat you well when they want, and the owner is a highly arrogant person. I made it clear that I didn't want it to clear my root, so my option (although more expensive) would be the shoulder hair. she was very arrogant and said that the only person in brazil who was ombre that way was she, i trusted..ate because as i said, i have been a client of her for years, even known to other professionals who work there. In the end, she made strands in my hair (nothing looks like ombre) and to make matters worse ... when I went to talk to her to fix it ... that that was not what I had asked for ... she (arrogant as it is) treated me super bad, he yelled at me in front of all the other customers, he didn’t even let me talk, saying that I was always a problem, since I never said one there against the hall, the other who is at the reception (Cristina) also shouted, even though I saw that I was crying, ashamed and sad, I was never treated like that in any corner I have ever attended in this world. then, when I was already sobbing, very nervous (the owner, Josy didn't even give me an apology) and another one ... Cristina came to apologize ... saying she was wrong ... that I wasn't the one who gave her a problem do not. Some professionals, really save themselves ... and I don't know what they do mixed with these two disgusting women. A room that the owner and the reception and a lot of who work there, are highly inhuman, they only treat you well as long as you're enjoying what they do. and she saw that she was wrong. Anyway ... I left here my story as a way to open the eyes of whoever it is ... there are other beauty salons in Fortaleza with much better service, if you can avoid going there. I felt so bad, that on the way home I had to stop at a pharmacy, to buy medicine, such was the humiliation that they put me through. bunch of disgusting people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As mechas eu acho boas, e para quem tem cabelos mais resistentes ficam perfeitas, porém se o cabelo for fraco vai ficar só a liga,estragado... não indico a inteligente se vc tiver cabelo cacheado e nem o corte. Acho um absurdo cobrar apenas p secar seu cabelo,se não pagar sai com o cabelo parecendo um capacete duro. O pós vendas, é horrível,quando vc vai falar que a inteligente não ficou boa,vc envia fotos e eles afirmam que assim mesmo,ou seja vc fica com cabelo feio.E como já dito,o povo da recepção é simpático qdo quer. Enfim só faço mechas... inteligente nunca mais e corte nunca mais...

I do not indicate the smart one if you have curly hair and neither the cut. I find it absurd to charge just to dry your hair, if you don't pay you leave with your hair looking like a hard helmet. After sales, it's horrible, when you say that the smart one didn't look good, you send photos and they say that anyway, that is, you get ugly hair. And as already said, the people at the reception are friendly when they want to. Anyway, I only make locks ... never smart and never cut again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperei o tempo necessário pra ser atendida pelo profissional que escolhi.. sai de lá apreensiva com a cor do cabelo, mas depois que lavei ficou uma cor linda, a que eu queria! E a manicure TB é ótima!
I waited for the necessary time to be attended by the professional I chose .. I left there apprehensive about the hair color, but after I washed it was a beautiful color, the one I wanted! And the TB manicure is great!

A dona do salão é super mal educada, ignorante e cheia de comentários preconceituosos. Uma mulherzinha de baixa categoria e pobre de espírito. Enquanto estive lá fui mal recebida pela mesma, vi a tal de Josy falar mal de clientes que tinham acabado de sair, vi falando mal de uma pessoa acima do peso. A ogra fez comentários com uma cliente que estava lá, que nem acreditei que estava escutando aquilo. Ela disse que a cliente era gorda porque com certeza comia muito sanduíche. Além da baixaria que é o lugar comandado por ela, ela usa produtos ruins. Meu cabelo ficou horrível. Tive que pagar mais 450 em outro salão para corrigir o erro. É o barato que sai caro. O que ainda salva esse local são alguns funcionários dela, que não tem a mínima culpa do comportamento dessa desclassificada de boas maneiras!

The owner of the salon is super rude, ignorant and full of prejudiced comments. A low-class, poor-spirited little woman. While I was there I was badly received by it, I saw this Josy speaking ill of customers who had just left, I saw speaking ill of an overweight person. The ogress made comments to a client who was there, who couldn't even believe she was hearing it. She said the customer was fat because she sure ate a lot of sandwiches. In addition to the lower house that is the place she commands, she uses bad products. My hair looked awful. I had to pay another 450 at another salon to correct the mistake. It's the cheap that is expensive. What still saves this place are some of her employees, who are not in the least to blame for the behavior of this unclassified person in good manners!
