★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, minha filha de 5 anos completou as 12h de jejum lá e não foi atendida. Teve uma criança maior que ela que entrou como prioridade e tinha chegado depois de nós.Tive que voltar pra casa sem ter feito o exame. Vc paga Unimed cara pra ter atendimento de SUS.
 Lousy service, my 5-year-old daughter completed the 12-hour fast there and was not attended. There was a child bigger than her that came in as a priority and had arrived after us. I had to go home without having the exam. You pay Unimed face to have SUS care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei utilizar o Laboratório Unimed hoje pela primeira vez. Resolvi ir no da Henriqueta Galeno, por ser mais próximo da minha casa. Cheguei lá as 7h40, local pequeno, super lotado, dificultando o distanciamento de 1m30 entre as pessoas, muitos idosos esperando. Poucos funcionários para a demanda. Fui ser chamada no atendimento às 8:30 (em jejum), e para a coleta às 9h30. Com relação ao atendimento dos funcionários, não tenho do que reclamar. Só acho que poderia haver uma melhor logística para não lotar um espaço pequeno, principalmente nesse período de pandemia.
I had to use the Unimed Laboratory today for the first time. I decided to go to Henriqueta Galeno, as it is closer to my home. I arrived there at 7:40 am, a small, overcrowded place, making it difficult for the 1:30 am distance between people, many elderly people waiting. Few employees to demand. I was called in for assistance at 8:30 am (fasting), and for collection at 9:30 am. Regarding the attendance of employees, I have nothing to complain about. I just think that there could be better logistics to not fill a small space, especially in this pandemic period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratório pequeno, acredito que deveria ser feito apenas exames simples, pois ele não comporta muitas pessoas, e outro ponto é as recepcionistas que poderia ser mais simpáticas, achei elas um pouco mecânicas, já na coleta a moça Ana Paula foi super simpática e atenciosa comigo e com o meu pai q já é idoso.
Small laboratory, I believe that only simple exams should be done, as it doesn't hold many people, and another point is the receptionists who could be nicer, I found them a little mechanical, in the collection the girl Ana Paula was super friendly and attentive to me and with my father q is already old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratório pequeno, rapidamente lota, e não há aferição de temperatura. Qualquer um entra. Não tem estacionamento, e as ruas no entorno são muito disputadas. Tem que ter paciência pra conseguir estacionar por aqui. O atendimento é bom, mas parece que faltam funcionários pra limpeza. Digo isso pq é a 2ª vez que venho e pela 2ª vez tem cheiro de mijo de cachorro no ambiente. Na primeira vez reclamei, a funcionária do atendimento disse que uma senhora deixa o cachorro mijar na porta de entrada. Entendi, mas será que não tem desinfetante nem funcionário pra higienizar a entrada? Insuportável ficar num ambiente refrigerado com esse cheiro no ar.
Small laboratory, quickly fills up, and there is no temperature measurement. Anyone enter. There is no parking, and the surrounding streets are very crowded. You have to be patient to be able to park here. The service is good, but it seems that there is a lack of employees for cleaning. I say this because it is the 2nd time I come and for the 2nd time there is a smell of dog piss in the room. The first time I complained, the attendant said that a lady lets the dog take a piss at the front door. I understand, but isn't there a disinfectant or employee to sanitize the entrance? Unbearable to be in a refrigerated environment with that smell in the air.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ laboratório moderno, limpo, bem cuidado, oferece conforto ao paciente, possui sala de espera agradável, wi-fi gratuito e de boa conexão e conta com atendentes educadas e prestativas.
um diferencial desse laboratório em relação aos demais que já fui na cidade é o modo de coleta do sangue. nos demais laboratórios, a coleta é feita com os materiais padrão: usa-se aquele adaptador de tubo para coleta diretamente ligado à agulha (foto exemplificativa em anexo), de modo que o tubo para coleta fica bem próximo à agulha, o que faz com que, na maioria das vezes, a agulha acabe sendo mexida na veia durante as trocas de tubos, devido à proximidade dos tubos à agulha (por causa do adaptador utilizado), gerando dor e desconforto ao paciente.
nesse laboratório, por outro lado, em vez de ser usado esse adaptador convencional, usa-se um scalp para coleta (foto exemplificativa em anexo), mais utilizado em hospitais, também conhecido como borboleta, que é aquela agulha com um longo tubo emborrachado que mantém o tubo de coleta longe da agulha que fica na veia do braço, o que faz com que, ao haver trocas de tubos de coleta, a agulha continue imóvel no braço, gerando muito mais conforto ao paciente.
confesso que fiquei positivamente surpresa com esse material utilizado, pois hoje fui fazer diversos exames que totalizaram 8 tubos de coleta, e que se tivessem sido feitos em outro laboratório, teriam sido 8 mexidas de agulha na veia do meu braço, uma em cada troca de tubo, doendo e gerando hematoma na região da perfuração.
o único ponto não tão legal que tenho pra dizer é a falta de estacionamento próprio do laboratório. por isso, recomendo ir a pé, de transporte público ou de transporte alternativo, pois o entorno conta com muitas clínicas, muitos estabelecimentos comerciais e muitos locais de estacionamento proibido, o que torna bem desafiador encontrar vagas disponíveis por perto.

a differential of this laboratory in relation to the others that I have been in the city is the way of collecting the blood. in other laboratories, the collection is done with the standard materials: that tube adapter is used for collection directly attached to the needle (attached image), so that the collection tube is very close to the needle, which that most of the time the needle will be moved in the vein during tube changes due to the proximity of the tubes to the needle (because of the adapter used), generating pain and discomfort to the patient.
In this laboratory, on the other hand, instead of using this conventional adapter, a scalp is used for collection (shown in the appendix), more commonly used in hospitals, also known as a butterfly, which is that needle with a long rubberized tube that keeps the collection tube away from the needle that is in the vein of the arm, which causes that, when there are exchanges of collection tubes, the needle remains still in the arm, generating much more comfort to the patient.
I confess that I was positively surprised by this material used, because today I went to do several exams that totaled 8 tubes of collection, and that if they had been made in another laboratory, there would have been 8 needle strokes in the vein of my arm, one in each exchange of tube, aching and causing hematoma in the region of the perforation.
the only not so cool point I have to say is the lack of proper parking of the laboratory. so I recommend walking, public transport or alternative transport, as the surroundings have many clinics, many shops and many parking places forbidden, which makes it very challenging to find places available nearby.

CONTRAGIMENTO..
Pois paga uma mensalidade muito cara a Unimed pra passar por isso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Embora digam que fecha 15h. 14:40h já estão com portas fechadas. Fui fazer exame de urina com 8 meses de gestação nesse horário, não me deixaram entrar nem ao menos pra esvaziar a bexiga, que estava cheia pra fazer o exame.
