★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Pessoal grosseiro,nem bom dia respondem, uma má vontade pra atender, funcionarios tudo conversando no canto e se pedir alguma informação nem esperam terminar de falar pra ja responder que nao tem. Nem sabem o que sera perguntado. Horrível !!!!
Terrible attendance. Rude staff, they don't even respond, an unwillingness to meet, employees all talking in the corner and if they ask for any information, they don't even wait to finish talking before answering that they don't. They don't even know what will be asked. Horrible !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Estive lá dia 4/11/2020 e desde as funcionárias da loja, a responsável pelo provador, até as caixas estavam todas emburradas e grosseiras! Zero simpatia, nem boa tarde davam! Fui com minha filha que ainda é criança e ela me perguntou: Mãe, porque as moças estão tão bravas?
Péssima equipe, péssimo atendimento para uma loja tão boa com preços acessíveis.
Terrible attendance! I was there on 4/11/2020 and since the store employees, the person in charge of the fitting room, even the boxes were all sulky and rude! Zero sympathy, not even a good afternoon! I went with my daughter who is still a child and she asked me: Mother, why are the girls so angry?
Lousy staff, lousy service for such a good store with affordable prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível os funcionários não atende os clientes se faz uma pergunta responde andando nem olha p nós. Manda olhar o que tem. Decepcionada. Isto aconteceu na belíssima que fica próxima a linha do trem madureira. Funcionários só sabe ficar em acho de conversas não serve p nada.
Horrible employees do not serve customers if you ask a question answer walking or look at us. Have a look at what you have. Disappointed. This happened in the beautiful one that is close to the mature train line. Employees just know how to stay in think of conversations is useless.
