★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido e anotaram errado, quando foram entregar o sofá não era o que eu tinha pedido, falei com a moça e ela disse que tinha confundido os pedidos e que iria ficar me devendo, não fez questão de me mostrar outros modelos de tecido e simplesmente desligou. Precisam melhorar nisso, acabei esperando muito tempo porque a máquina tinha quebrado e ainda fiquei sem sofá.
 I placed an order and they wrote it wrong, when they went to deliver the sofa it was not what I had asked for, I spoke with the girl and she said that she had confused the orders and that she would owe me, she did not insist on showing me other models of fabric and just hung up. They need to improve on this, I ended up waiting a long time because the machine had broken and I still had no sofa.
