O Wellington cobriu meu estofado com outro tecido sem tirar o antigo. Fez um serviço de acabamento muito ruím com os grampos sendo vistos nas pontas das almofadas. Paguei metade na hora que levou o sofá e a outra metade na entrega. Veio faltando uma almofada. As questões de acabamentos vi uma semana depois. Mas sempre enrola para vir.
It's been a month since the answer below and I still haven't received a contact from the store to fix my sofa. They didn't even send a whats app to try to solve it.
Wellington covered my upholstery with another fabric without removing the old one. Did a very poor finishing job with the staples being seen at the ends of the cushions. I paid half when I took the sofa and the other half when it was delivered. A pillow was missing. The finishing issues I saw a week later. But it always winds up to come.
