 Well...nice place but all the time there's someone asking for the room key to clean even though it's not requested... the TV only works streaming...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei ligar no telefone fixo, pra fazer reserva, mas não atende ( telefone não existe ) cai em outro número, um número de Whatsapp golpista, cuidado ao fazerem reserva. comunicamos o estabelecimento sobre o ocorrido, parecem fazer pouco caso.
I tried to call the landline, to make a reservation, but it doesn't answer (phone doesn't exist) it goes to another number, a scammer whatsapp number, be careful when making a reservation. we communicated the establishment about what happened, they seem to pay little attention.

Quartos sujos, hotel sujo, funcionários não usam máscaras e não orientam quem não usa. Estacionamento é na rua. Café da manhã fraco e está localizado uma praia poluída. NÃO RECOMENDO
Hotel charges a daily rate of 800 and it's actually not even worth 250.
Dirty rooms, dirty hotel, employees don't wear masks and don't guide those who don't. Parking is on the street. Poor breakfast and it is located on a polluted beach. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pousada excelente, recomendo demais. Ficamos 5 dias em família. Pousada Nova e muito bem limpa, atendimento dos funcionários foi primoroso, café da manhã bem servido, quartos aconchegantes e limpos. O banheiro também é bom e tem uma linda vista da montanha do quarto.
Excellent hostel, I highly recommend it. We stayed 5 days as a family. Pousada Nova and very clean, staff service was exquisite, breakfast well served, cozy and clean rooms. The bathroom is also nice and has a beautiful mountain view from the bedroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pousada espetacular,quarto aconchegante bem limpinho, roupas de cama super macia e cheirosas. Café da manhã com muita variedade,funcionários super cordiais e atenciosos.
Só tivemos problemas com a sauna, mas voltaríamos com certeza.
Spectacular hostel, cozy room very clean, bedding super soft and fragrant. Breakfast with a lot of variety, super friendly and attentive staff.
We only had issues with the sauna, but we would definitely go back.
