★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pousada fica longe de tudo num morro, estacionamento não cabem todos os carros, pra chegar nos quartos umas escadas altíssimas, difícil acesso para pnes, chuveiro com água gelada.
The inn is far from everything on a hill, parking cannot fit all cars, very high stairs to get to the rooms, difficult access for tires, shower with cold water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamento super aconchegante. Roupa de cama limpa, quarto organizado, banheiro e toalhas ótimos. Localização boa, na rua de uma cachoeiro. Não tem café da manhã, mas mesmo assim compensa ficar… os funcionários são solícitos e educados.
Não tem tanto pernilongo. O único ponto negativo é a rampa de acesso ao estacionamento que exige habilidade. No mais, recomendo e quando voltar a ilha irei novamente.
Super cozy apartment. Clean bed linen, tidy room, excellent bathroom and towels. Good location, on the street from a waterfall. There's no breakfast, but it's still worth it… the staff are helpful and polite.
There are not so many mosquitoes. The only downside is the skill-requiring parking ramp. If anything, I recommend it and when I come back to the island I will go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nosso quarto tinha infiltração em dois pontos do teto e pingava bem em cima de nossa cama, adiantamos nossa saída em 2 dias, 700 reais sem uso.
Our room had infiltration at two points on the ceiling and it dripped right on top of our bed, we advanced our departure in 2 days, 700 reais unused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiencia foi muito boa! Quarto e banheiro bem limpinhos. A recepção é nota 10. Nos atendeu com toda atenção e sempre que precisamos ficaram a disposição. Só uma coisa que acho que deveriam mudar, é das toalhas serem empacotadas e lacradas (lavanderia) e o espelho tinha somente no quarto (essencial) mas não tinha no banheiro (fez falta). Levem repelente pois na ilha tem muito e por lá não seria diferente!! Mas valeu a experiência que tivemos nessa pousada! Obrigado!
My experience was very good! Room and bathroom very clean. The reception is a 10. He attended to us with all attention and whenever we needed they were available. Only one thing I think they should change, is the towels are packed and sealed (laundry room) and the mirror was only in the bedroom (essential) but not in the bathroom (it was needed). Take repellent because on the island there is a lot and it would be no different there!! But the experience we had at this inn was worth it! Thank you!

Sai de casa as 10 da noite do dia 2 em campinas p passear em ilhabela,viagem a madrugada, porém devido a chuva a tamoios n permitiu a entrada ,retornei p pegar a rodovia osvaldo cruz ,caiu árvore e barreiras na descida da terra permanecia das 4 dammanha até as 7 aguardando a liberação , não foi possível retornei toda a extensão qsao na rodovia Carvalho pinto na intenção ir p mogi das cruzes e ir pela mogi bertioga também fomos impedidos de passar na serra liguei p pousada p informar da situação pedindo a mudança da data não consegui um apoio uma sequer consideração pelo q passei cansado rodando várias horas entre estradas fiqei na casa do meu irmão p o dia seguinte tentar ir
Entaum fica aí a minha tristeza pela pousada não fazer algo p mim e minha família conseguir hospedar em outro dia

So, my sadness is that the inn doesn't do something for me and my family to be able to stay on another day
