★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perguntei se poderia acompanhar o banho do meu cachorro, já que a pet não nos deixa ter visão do banho do lado de fora, como é o ideal e me foi dito um simples e seco "não". Fico pensando se vocês tem algo a esconder de um cliente que poderia ser fixo, para não querer que eu veja um simples banho. Ainda expliquei que seria o primeiro banho do meu cachorro em pet shop. Parabéns, nota zero.
Acrescento mais: Não satisfeito, o dono depois de ler esse comentário acima, me manda uma mensagem de voz no meu wpp pessoal com ofensas pessoais a mim. Meu querido, se você quisesse só comentários agradáveis, fosse mais atencioso com os clientes ou simplesmente não tivesse um negócio. Não te desejo mal nenhum e você não me conhece pra insinuar que eu não acredito em nada ou não tenho religião. Espero não ouvir mais ofensas pessoais porque em momento algum ofendi você.
E nunca vi um Petshop que o cliente não consiga acompanhar o banho de alguma forma. Tanta coisa ruim que fazem com os animais nos pets, é um absurdo que o cliente não possa ter um monitoramento. Aprenda a ser mais profissional com seus clientes porque as avaliações do Google estão aqui exatamente pra isso. Eu narrei FATO que aconteceu, se você não gostou, paciência , também não gostei do tratamento de vocês.

Add more: Not satisfied, the owner after reading this comment above, sends me a voice message on my personal wpp with personal offenses to me. My dear, if you just wanted nice comments, were more considerate of customers or just didn't have a business. I wish you no harm and you do not know me to imply that I do not believe in anything or have no religion. I hope I don't hear any more personal offenses because at no time have I offended you.
And I've never seen a Petshop that the customer can't follow the bath in any way. So much bad stuff they do with pets in pets, it's absurd that the client can't have a monitor. Learn to be more professional with your customers because Google reviews are here for just that. I told you what happened, if you didn't like it, patience, I didn't like your treatment either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom custo benefício em relação aos outros petshops da região que conheço. Houve uma reforma, parece que foi feita uma expansão. Infelizmente o local ainda não possui estrutura para acompanhar o banho do pet, gostaria de deixar essa sugestão, acho que os clientes iriam gostar (eu sim)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um pouquinho acima do preço as coisas, da última vez que levei meu dog pra tomar banho ele apareceu com carrapato e o banho não foi tão legal e fui fazer na reclamação e eles não sabem ser profissionais e entender uma reclamação e melhorar preferem perder o cliente, sem falar no grosseiria que foram por mensagem.
Things are a little over priced, the last time I took my dog to take a bath he showed up with a tick and the bath was not so nice and I went to do it in the complaint and they don't know how to be professional and understand a complaint and improve they prefer to lose the customer , not to mention the rudeness they were given by message.
