★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O salão é bom e oferece muitos combos. Contudo, quando fui ao salão, uma segunda pela manhã, pois realmente sei quem tem menos gente e podemos relaxar um pouco mais, foi frustrante. As meninas que faziam as unhas não paravam de conversar entre elas sobre assuntos do final de semana e outros dois funcionários que estavam próximo ao lavatório assistiam tutorias pelo celular em volume bem alto. Seria interessante a gestão do local orientar aos funcionários o uso de fone de ouvidos, assim como manicures e pedicures evitarem conversa. Com certeza, eu sei que muitas vezes vamos ao salão para conversar, mas também vamos para relaxar e aproveitar dos serviços, então nesse caso a conversa alta atrapalha bastante.
 The lounge is good and offers a lot of combos. However, when I went to the salon one Monday morning, because I really know who has the fewest people and we can relax a little more, it was frustrating. The girls who did their nails kept talking to each other about weekend matters and two other employees who were near the lavatory watched tutoring on their cell phones at high volume. It would be interesting for the site management to advise employees on the use of headphones, as well as manicures and pedicures to avoid conversation. Of course, I know that we often go to the lounge to talk, but we also go to relax and take advantage of the services, so in this case loud conversation gets in the way a lot.

Paguei quase 500 reais apenas por tingir os cabelos e uma hidratação que segundo ele sería una ótima hidratação mas saí mais feia do quê quando entrei lá e acordei no outro dia com dores pois o produto que ele passou para tirar a tinta da minha testa queimou minha cabeça, acordei com bolhas e manchas de queimadura química na testa. Passei dois dias com a cabeça dolorida.
High reference in beauty for some but not for me. I paid almost 500 reais just for dyeing my hair and a moisturizer which, according to him, would be a great moisturizer but I came out uglier than when I went in there and woke up the next day in pain because the product he used to remove the ink from my forehead burned my head, I woke up with blisters and chemical burn spots on my forehead. I spent two days with a sore head.
