★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente fiz o movel da cozinha, como tive uma boa experiencia, decidi fazer o restante dos moveis. A partir daí, começaram os problemas.
O movel da sala continua torto ate hoje, e na montagem amassaram minha geladeira.
Na montagem dos demais moveis, o montador nao seguiu o projeto, nao levou escada, usou minha cama e cadeira para cortar peças, manchou teto e paredes de pigmento preto (para disfarçar as falhas), lascou uma bancada de granito.
Foram feitas vistorias, com promessa de conserto, mas hoje, pela terceira vez que os montadores vieram, nao foi resolvido (obs.: os montadores que vieram, sr Roberto Carlos e sr Jose Araujo, sao muito bons, fizeram o que puderam, mas devido a falta de pecas, nao puderam finalizar). Novamente terei que perder mais um dia de trabalho.
Como desisti de tentar resolver pelo whatsapp, deixo registrado meu relato aqui.

The furniture in the living room remains crooked to this day, and in the assembly my fridge was dented.
In the assembly of the other furniture, the assembler did not follow the project, did not take a ladder, used my bed and chair to cut pieces, smeared the ceiling and walls with black pigment (to disguise the flaws), chipped a granite countertop.
Inspections were carried out, with a promise of repair, but today, for the third time that the assemblers came, it was not resolved (note: the assemblers who came, Mr. Roberto Carlos and Mr. Jose Araujo, are very good, they did what they could, but due to lack of pieces, they could not finish). Again I will have to miss another day of work.
As I gave up trying to solve it by whatsapp, I leave my report here.
