Para vender é uma maravilha, mas quando chega o prazo de entrega (40 dias úteis após assinatura do projeto) aparecem várias desculpas as quais não são oportunas. Por inúmeras vezes solicitei retorno da atendente Daylane via Whatsapp, telefone 94026-7189, 3742-1115 e não tenho se quer um retorno a qual ela visualiza a mensagem e não responde! Total disregard for the client! Selling is wonderful, but when the delivery time comes (40 working days after signing the project) there are several excuses that are not timely. Na hora de vender são todos legais, brincam, tem paciência.. mas depois disso é só caos... demoraram pra entregar meus móveis, não davam prazo, o gerente nunca atendia, sempre estava almoçando, acho que só fazia isso... nenhum funcionário pra ajudar com o atraso, sempre jogam um pro outro, fazem projetos errados.. um lixo.. fujam dessa loja pois não presta... maior arrependimento de compra que tive em toda minha vida!
Lousy, horrible, worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life! When it comes to selling, they are all cool, they play, have patience ... but after that, it's just chaos ... they took time to deliver my furniture, there was no deadline, the manager never answered, he was always having lunch, I think he just did that ... no employees to help with the delay, they always throw each other, do the wrong projects .. rubbish .. run away from this store because it sucks ... biggest purchase regret I've had in my entire life!
