★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não respeitaram o prazo de entrega e são super desorganizados no atendimento pós venda. Na montagem, os entregadores sofreram sem as ferramentas adequadas e com as peças mal construídas. Os móveis são bonitos, mas estão cheios de rebarbas e apresentam fragilidade.
Definitivamente o custo benefício não vale a pena.
They didn't respect the delivery deadline and are super disorganized in after-sales service. During assembly, the couriers suffered without the proper tools and poorly constructed parts. The furniture is beautiful, but it is full of burrs and fragility.
Definitely not value for money.

Fui informada pelo vendedor Fabiano que a fábrica tem 30 dias para troca ou conserto do produto, acontece que já estamos em 15/2/2022 e ninguém da fábrica entrou em contato. Falei novamente com o vendedor Fabiano que me falou que iria verificar, mas que essa parte não é ele que resolve. Em resumo, estou com um produto caro com problema e que não atende minha necessidade. Qualidade zero e Descaso total!
I made a large purchase from the store in December 2021 and one of the products was delivered defective. I was informed by the seller Fabiano that the factory has 30 days to exchange or repair the product, it turns out that we are already on 2/15/2022 and no one from the factory has contacted me. I spoke again with the seller Fabiano who told me he would check, but that part is not the one who solves it. In short, I have an expensive product with a problem that doesn't meet my need. Zero quality and total neglect!
