★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São qualificado entendem dos.produtos. porém foram super desatenciosos no pós venda. Tive um problema com o produto e o funcionário me atendeu pelo zap pela manhã e não me.deu retorno. Mandei umas msg para tentar contato e continuei sem respostas.
Liguei para a loja e falei com o gerente ( acredito ser o proprietário) que me atendeu de nao me deixando falar, não escutando meu ponto de vista, falava por cima da minha fala. Não é necessário relatar o problema, por o que eu relato aqui não é se o meu problema foi resolvido ou não. Mas como ele foi tratado!
Concluindo...loja boase você comprar e não tiver contratempos.
They are qualified understand of the.products. but they were super-attentive in the after sales. I had a problem with the product and the employee attended me by zap in the morning and did not return me. I sent a few msg to try to contact and continued without answers.
I called the store and spoke to the manager (I believe to be the owner) who answered me for not letting me speak, not listening to my point of view, he spoke above my speech. It is not necessary to report the problem, so what I report here is not whether my problem has been solved or not. But how he was treated!
In conclusion ... store you can buy and have no setbacks.
