★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui realizar um exame nesta data as 14:20 hs e no momento do pagamento a recepcionista me informou que o pagamento somente poderia se realizar em dinheiro , então fui até um banco e retirei o dinheiro e voltei ao local as 15:28 hs, a recepcionista então me atendeu e fez algumas ligações após me informou que os médicos do local atendem até as 15:30 hs mas já haviam ido embora.
Havia no momento uma senhora recolhendo o lixo da recepção na qual entrou na conversa e disse que quando da o horário dos médicos irem embora eles não querem nem saber e começou a rir da minha cara.
A recepcionista então me disse que não era culpa dela e pediu que eu voltasse amanhã e pagasse no momento da realização do exame, não identifiquei no local e nem no site o horário de funcionamento para realização de exames e acho totalmente inadmissível a forma de tratamento com os clientes que procuram essa clínica na qual deveriam tratar de forma profissional e clara informando desde o início a forma de pagamento e o horário de funcionamento além do que a forma de debochar dos clientes tratando os mesmos como uns idiotas que tem que adivinhar o horário que o médico vai embora e ficar rindo de sua cara após te mandar voltar outro dia arcando com custos de deslocamento e tempo por falta de informações claras e falta de tratamento adequado aos clientes.
I went to perform an exam on this date at 14:20 pm and at the time of payment the receptionist informed me that the payment could only be made in cash, so I went to a bank and took the money and returned to the place at 15:28 pm, The receptionist then answered me and made some calls after informing me that the local doctors are open until 3:30 pm but they were already gone.
At the time, there was a lady picking up the garbage from the reception where she entered the conversation and said that when the doctors leave, they don't even want to know and started laughing at me.
The receptionist then told me that it was not her fault and asked me to come back tomorrow and pay at the time of the exam, I did not identify the opening hours for the exams on the site or on the website and I find the form of treatment with clients looking for this clinic where they should treat in a professional and clear way, informing from the beginning the payment method and opening hours, in addition to the way of making fun of the customers, treating them like idiots who have to guess the time that the doctor leaves and laughs at you after sending you back the other day with travel costs and time due to the lack of clear information and the lack of proper treatment for clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para confirmar o horário de atendimento e me avisaram que era até as 15:30hrs. Cheguei as 15:17hrs e disseram que não iriam me atender, pois tenho que chegar 15 min com antecedência. Eu já era cliente, eles já tinham o meu cadastro, e fizeram pouco caso. Vergonha!!! nunca mais colocarei os pés lá.
I called to confirm the opening hours and they told me it was until 3:30 pm. I arrived at 3: 17hrs and said they would not attend me, as I have to arrive 15 min in advance. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não tem respeito com o cliente, sou cliente faz muitos anos e as poucas vezes que precisei fui mal atendida... equipe despreparada... não fazem questão de ajudar o cliente. Lamentável.
