Liguei na Calil para agendar o Holter e fui informada que eles si recusam a colocar o aparelho na minha mãe mesmo eu assinando o termo de responsabilidade pelo aparelho pois minha mãe tem Alzheimer... é um absurdo essa discriminação feita pela imprensa...

I called Calil to schedule the Holter and was informed that they refuse to put the device on my mother even though I signed the disclaimer for the device because my mother has Alzheimer's... this discrimination by the press is absurd...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa, que atendimento Horrível!!! Pelo whatsapp, que deveria ser mais tranquilo, demoram horas, as vezes dias pra conseguir falar com alguém, e quando consegue é de uma grosseria tremenda, encerram o atendimento sem resolver o problema. Até gostei do médico, mas com esse atendimento, prefiro procurar outro. E aconteceu mais de uma vez. Agora é nunca mais e não indico também.
Wow, what a horrible service!!! Through whatsapp, which should be more relaxed, it takes hours, sometimes days to get to talk to someone, and when they do, it's tremendously rude, they end the service without solving the problem. I even liked the doctor, but with this service, I prefer to look for another one. And it happened more than once. Now it's never again and I don't recommend it either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já cheguei a recomendar, mas depois de ontem não indico mais. Mandei msg via whatsapp as 8:00 da manhã para agendar exames, esperei até a tarde, mas não obtive resposta. Então entrei em contato via telefone para saber se conseguiria uma resposta e fui atendida por uma colaboradora extremamente grossa. Sei que a demanda é grande (como ela mesma disse), mas independente, não justifica a grosseria, pois a todo momento fui educada.
I already recommended it, but after yesterday I don't recommend it anymore. I sent a message via whatsapp at 8:00 am to schedule exams, I waited until the afternoon, but got no response. So I got in touch via phone to see if I could get an answer and was answered by an extremely rude employee. I know the demand is high (as she said), but regardless, it doesn't justify rudeness, because I was polite at all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro fazer exames nesse lugar, médico dr Jean muito atencioso, ótimo médico. Mas não tem uma vez que na consulta o atraso é de 2 horas. Acho absurdo!! Infelizmente eu não passarei em consulta mais nessa clínica, a espera deles está pior que o Sus. Acho descaso C pacientes. Chegamos cedo em.jejum p sair de lá perto almoço. Ridículo isso, deveria a diretoria verificar isso e ver onde esta o erro.
I love doing exams in this place, doctor Dr Jean very attentive, great doctor. But there is no time that the consultation is delayed by 2 hours. I think it's absurd!! Unfortunately, I won't have an appointment at this clinic anymore, their wait is worse than Sus. I think C patients neglect. We arrived early in.fasting to leave near lunch. Ridiculous, the board should check this and see where the error is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ,não atendi no horário estava enjejum passando mal mesmo assim não priorizaram atendimento mesmo eles estando atrasados ,recepção não resolver nada tudo assistindo tv,não indico pra ninguém pior que sus nunca mais volto nessa clínica.
Bad service, I didn't answer on time, I was sick, even though they didn't prioritize service even though they were late, reception didn't solve anything, watching TV, I don't recommend it to anyone worse than you, I'll never come back to this clinic again.

No dia 14/03 havia um exame de ecocardiograma fetal a ser realizado no 9° andar, resumindo, após 1h de espera recebi a informação que não seria atendida, "porque o convenio estava com problemas no portal para visualização da guia e nao estava disponibilizando número de tolken" (eu como paciente contando com a consulta, tenho algo haver?) . O pior foi saber que a encarregada estava assistindo tudo e não teve posicionamento nenhum.
Sou gestante de alto risco, me desloquei de uma cidade para outra tive meus gastos, comprometimentos com a consulta agendada, porem não há comprometimento, etica, acolhimento e respeito da parte da Cardiocalil que é uma clinica que lida com a area da saúde.

On 03/14 there was a fetal echocardiogram exam to be performed on the 9th floor, in short, after 1h of waiting I received the information that I would not be answered, "because the agreement was having problems in the portal for viewing the guide and was not providing token number" (I as a patient counting on the appointment, do I have anything to do with it?) . The worst thing was knowing that the person in charge was watching everything and had no positioning.
I am a high-risk pregnant woman, I moved from one city to another, I had my expenses, commitments to the appointment scheduled, but there is no commitment, ethics, reception and respect on the part of Cardiocalil, which is a clinic that deals with the health area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando vi os comentários confesso que fiquei com receio, mas decidi arriscar. Me surpreendi, desde o agendamento até a retirada do resultado do exame, recebi um atendimento surreal e reparei que as pessoas ao meu redor também estavam bem satisfeitos com a educação, pontualidade e qualidade do atendimento.
Pelo o que pude perceber a clínica tem vários andares, não sei nos outros, mas no meu caso fiz o agendamento através do telefone fixo e fui atendida no 10° andar, meu exame ficava pronto no mesmo dia e me entregaram em menos de 2 minutos que sai da sala. A princípio, adorei, todos mt organizados!!

I was surprised, from the appointment to the withdrawal of the exam result, I received a surreal service and noticed that the people around me were also very satisfied with the education, punctuality and quality of service.
From what I could see, the clinic has several floors, I don't know on the others, but in my case I made the appointment through the landline and I was seen on the 10th floor, my exam was ready on the same day and they delivered me in less than 2 minutes that leaves the room. At first, I loved it, everyone was so organized!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico para NINGUÉM, péssimo atendimento, a mulher que fica no 2° andar para retirada de resultados é totalmente sem educação, ela nem se quer olha na sua cara, de uma grosseria tremenda, as meninas do 15° andar são super grossas e não dão o mínimo de atenção para os pacientes, fui buscar meu exame (conforme a data informada que estaria pronto) e não estava pronto, tive que esperar mais de 30 minutos para fazerem o laudo. Desde o primeiro dia que eu sai da consulta com o Dr Calil já havia falado que eu precisaria de uma data antes por conta da minha cirurgia, e simplesmente ficaram me enrolando, falando pra eu voltar na outra segunda que eu iria fazer o exame para verificarem, depois na outra segunda, e assim foram me enrolando até eu ir pegar meu último resultado dos vários exames que fiz, para me falarem que não teria o que fazer, três semanas consecutivas indo lá fazer exames e nunca avaliaram ou passaram a situação para o Dr. As secretarias não movem um dedo para ajudar ninguém, de longe o pior lugar e atendimento que eu já tive!
I don't recommend it to ANYONE, bad service, the woman on the 2nd floor to get results is totally impolite, she doesn't even want to look you in the face, tremendously rude, the girls on the 15th floor are super thick and not give the least attention to patients, I went to get my exam (according to the date informed that it would be ready) and it wasn't ready, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for the report to be done. From the first day that I left the appointment with Dr Calil, I had already said that I would need a date before because of my surgery, and they just kept rolling with me, telling me to come back on the other Monday that I would do the exam to check , then the other Monday, and that was how they got around me until I went to get my last result of the various exams I did, to tell me that there was nothing to do, three consecutive weeks going there for exams and they never evaluated or passed the situation on to the Dr. Secretaries don't lift a finger to help anyone, by far the worst place and care I've ever had!
