Fui totalmente constrangida pela atendente Maíra, a todo momento dizendo que o planejado que eu havia me interessado era caro, caro, muito caro.... até pq eu não havia perguntado por valores, pessoas despreparadas , tratam pessoas com diferença!!!! Até pq essa loja não é a única no mundo!! concorrentes tem por toda parte!
NÃO RECOMENDO!!!
Unfortunately I had the displeasure of having entered this store !! I was totally embarrassed by the attendant Maíra, at all times saying that what I had been interested in was expensive, expensive, very expensive .... until I hadn't asked for values, unprepared people, they treat people with a difference !!!! Until this store is not the only one in the world !! competitors have it everywhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Projeto ficou bonito mas vendedor despreparado para negociações, no momento final quando dissemos que estavamos pegando orçamentos ainda e que nao era o momento de fechar, mudou o semblante e maneira de nos tratar, eu disse que sabia que o valor apresentado ainda não era o final pois sei que haveriam negociações, então recebi a seguinte frase "a biblos nao precisa baixar valor pra ganhar cliente", entendemos assim então que são auto-suficientes e com certeza não teremos o desprazer de entrar na loja novamente.
The project was beautiful but the seller was unprepared for negotiations, at the final moment when we said that we were getting budgets yet and that it was not the time to close, it changed the face and way of treating us, I said that I knew that the amount presented was not the end yet because I know there would be negotiations, so I received the following sentence "biblos doesn't need to lower value to gain customers", so we understand that they are self-sufficient and we certainly won't have the displeasure of entering the store again.

Apontamos o que gostaríamos de ter no projeto, e no momento da apresentação estava 100% diferente, nem parecia que havíamos conversado anteriormente.
O orçamento ficou o dobro do que o indicado pela atendente na primeira conversa, além do pouco caso feito no nosso atendimento.
Me senti desrespeitada pela atendente Nayad, e por um moço que veio nos passar o orçamento. Forma de falar extremamente grosseira de ambos os atendentes.
Uma pena, pois os móveis expostos, são de muito bom gosto, e adoraria ter fechado negócio.
A questão nem foi tanto o valor apresentado, mas o projeto desalinhado com a nossa expectativa e negociação anterior e a forma extremamente grosseira e desrespeitosa.
Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with the store.
We pointed out what we would like to have in the project, and at the time of the presentation it was 100% different, it didn't even seem like we had talked before.
The budget was double that indicated by the attendant in the first conversation, in addition to the little case made in our service.
I felt disrespected by the attendant Nayad, and by a young man who came to give us the budget. Extremely rude way of speaking from both attendants.
A pity, as the furniture on display is very tasteful, and I would love to have closed a deal.
The issue was not so much the amount presented, but the project out of alignment with our expectation and previous negotiation and the extremely gross and disrespectful way.
