★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grosseria como minha filha foi tratada. Compraram alguns moveis que seriam entregues em 19/06 . A loja está cumprindo o prazo mas a grosseira como minha filha foi tratada hoje (13/06) pelo simples fato de tentar confirmar a entrega é inaceitável.
Não recomendo para ninguém.

Gross how my daughter was treated. They bought some furniture that would be delivered on 19/06. The store is meeting its deadline but the rude way my daughter was treated today (06/13) for the simple fact of trying to confirm delivery is unacceptable.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18/03 - Sim, continuamos sem mesa! No último sábado comparecemos à loja, e o gerente propôs tentar corrigir o defeito com verniz. Hoje recebemos a notícia que por conta da pandemia, precisaremos aguardar mais. A verdade é que de uma compra feita em DEZEMBRO, já vieram TRÊS MESAS com problemas de acabamento, mesas com acabamento bem diferente do que tem exposto na loja. E agora, não sabemos QUANDO teremos a mesa. Se você está procurando uma loja, para comprar, não caia nessa furada!
05/03 - terceira mesa entregue com acabamento de má qualidade! E ainda tiveram a coragem de dizer que estava dentro do padrão da fábrica! Vamos procurar nossos direitos.
26/02 - EDIT 2: Segunda mesa enviada com defeito!!! Fujam dessa loja enquanto é tempo!
25/02 - EDIT: Acabei de receber uma ligação, e fui informada que o gerente conseguiu resolver o problema, e me entregarão a mesa amanhã. Não sei se houve algum impacto a reclamação, mas o importante é que a loja resolveu meu problema. Obrigada por terem resolvido!
24/02 - Péssima experiência! Me enviaram uma mesa toda riscada! A vendedora recebeu as fotos e concordou que a mesa estava totalmente fora do padrão, e me deu um prazo de 20 dias. Posteriormente a pessoa responsável pela expedição informou que eram 30 dias. Hoje recebo a notícia que a mesa vai atrasar mais 15 dias!!! Reclamei dos dois prazos errados, e a resposta que eu tive é que eles não se responsabilizam pelo que o vendedor diz! (???) Fujam deles!

The truth is that from a purchase made in DECEMBER, THREE TABLES have already come with finishing problems, tables with a finish very different from what has been exposed in the store. And now, we don't know WHEN we'll have the table. If you are looking for a store, to buy, don't fall for it!
03/05 - Third table delivered with poor quality finish! And they still had the courage to say that it was within the factory standard! Let's look for our rights.
02/26 - EDIT 2: Second table sent with defect !!! Get away from this store while it's time!
02/25 - EDIT: I just received a call, and I was informed that the manager was able to solve the problem, and they will deliver the table to me tomorrow. I don't know if there was any impact on the complaint, but the important thing is that the store solved my problem. Thank you for solving it!
02/24 - Bad experience! They sent me a table that was all scratched! The saleswoman received the photos and agreed that the table was totally out of the standard, and gave me a 20-day deadline. Subsequently, the person responsible for the expedition reported that it was 30 days. Today I receive the news that the table will delay another 15 days !!! I complained about the two wrong deadlines, and the answer I got is that they are not responsible for what the seller says! (???) Run away from them!
