★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja de móveis que fica na famosa Av. Jurubatuba, em São Bernardo do Campo. O atendimento é muito atencioso e profissional. A loja é de fábrica (que fica no piso superior), portanto é possível solicitar móveis sob medida. Tem diversas opções de sofás e mesas. Recomendo a visita!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei minhas cadeiras na Tsara; super bem atendida pela vendedora Flávia, mas demora muito a entrega, como faço pra elogiar uma mulher da expedição chamada Silmara minhas cadeiras chegaram com um acabamento muito ruim, porém a Silmara está conduzindo muito bem e me dando suporte em tudo, porém esta demorando muito minhas almofadas já passou dos 30 dias úteis e nadaaaa.
I bought my chairs at Tsara; very well attended by the seller Flávia, but it takes a long time to deliver, as I praise a woman from the expedition called Silmara my chairs arrived with a very bad finish, but Silmara is driving very well and supporting me in everything, but it is taking too long. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na loja é tudo maravilhoso, depois que vc assina e recebem seu dinheiro, esqueça... Prazo de entrega, só entregam se vc ligar e pedir !!! Meu jogo de jantar veio com partes sem acabamento, pés das cadeiras riscados, tecido das cadeiras imundos, uma tinha até bolor!!! Mandei que retirassem ou devolvessem o valor, aceitei o reparo e depois de longos dias, veio novamente com defeito. Retiraram mais uma vez, e hoje, depois de ligar e bater boca, ameaçar, rapidamente apareceram na minha casa com a maldita cadeira novamente com defeito. O mais engraçado é que ainda querem ter razão, nos pedem para retirar os comentários negativos das páginas, não o faremos até que nosso prejuízo seja revisto!!!! Meu conselho, não se deixem levar por conversa de vendedor e gerente, além de loja picareta, pesquisem MUITO antes de comprar. Problemas são normais, descaso NAO!

They retired again, and today, after calling and hitting, threatening, they quickly appeared in my house with the damn chair again faulty. The funny thing is that they still want to be right, they ask us to remove the negative comments from the pages, we will not do it until our damage is reviewed !!!! My advice, do not get carried away by seller talk and manager, in addition to pick shop, VERY search before buying. Problems are normal, neglect NAO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 1 sofa e 6 banquetas na loja, o atendimento foi muito bom até o momento de assinar e fetuar o pagamento. Agora já atrasaram a entrega dos moveis em duas semanas e informam que não tem previsão para entrega, completo descaso. Olhem no Reclame Aqui a quantidade de descumprimento de prazos!!
I bought 1 sofa and 6 barstools in the store, the service was very good until the moment of signing and making payment. Now they have already delayed the delivery of the furniture by two weeks and inform that there is no provision for delivery, complete neglect. Look in the Complaint Here the amount of non-compliance with deadlines !!
